We agree the basis for contact and servicing with our clients at the outset of our relationship. The frequency will depend on the clients individual needs and is usually dependant on the complexity of their financial situation. Clients can have reviews on a quarterly through to an annual basis dependent on their circumstances. We like to review all our clients’ financial planning at least annually.

Merrix Grogan are completely transparent and open about fees and costs. We charge for our services by way of a fee which can be deducted from your investments or paid directly by you. We discuss the payment options at outset and a client will not be charged until we have expressly agreed how we are to be paid for our services.
